PB & J Protein Oatmeal Bowl

Raspberry chia jam: (you can use any berries for this but my favorite is raspberries)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • Heat above ingredients over stove top until thickened consistency
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter (or vanilla) plant based protein powder
  • Pour almond milk to desired consistency- stir and microwave 2 minutes
  • Add the jam and 1 -2 Tbsp of all natural peanut butter and stir
You can use any milk of preference or even water, almond milk makes them nice and creamy! The protein powder you use can make or break the taste. Feel free to omit or find one that doesn’t taste like chalk!  This is trial and error.  I use Truvani plant based.

Extras* You can use almond butter and vanilla protein for peanut allergy and it's great with blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries.  Get Creative!
