PB & J Protein Oatmeal Bowl
Raspberry chia jam: (you can use any berries for this but my favorite is raspberries)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp water
- Heat above ingredients over stove top until thickened consistency
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop of peanut butter (or vanilla) plant based protein powder
- Pour almond milk to desired consistency- stir and microwave 2 minutes
- Add the jam and 1 -2 Tbsp of all natural peanut butter and stir
Extras* You can use almond butter and vanilla protein for peanut allergy and it's great with blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Get Creative!
